RED_SOX_EXUBERANCE

The streets were jammed with cars. Clearly, the second the Sox won, drunk students piled in to cruise, blow their horns, and scream out the windows. There were so many awesome scenes of joy and pandemonium, I was quickly cursing my digital camera because the battery crapped out. One image that I failed to get was of a skinny black kid in a Uncle Sam outfit on top of a van driving down Mass. Ave. He danced back and forth on the roof as the van sped along, putting his hand to his ear as if to say, 'Who won the Series? Yeah, the Sox won, baby!'
